Client Gallery is leveling up again! Last year’s dashboard revamp brought powerful new tools to your workflow. This year, we’re starting strong with RAW photo support, an upgraded video delivery experience, new features to manage your growing body of work, and this is only the beginning. Keep reading to learn about what’s new in Client Gallery.

Upload, share, and proof RAW files with Pixieset

RAW files are an important part of many photographers’ workflows, especially those who do commercial and agency photography. Whether you photograph in RAW to preserve more details and have maximum flexibility when editing and retouching photos. Or perhaps your process involves delivering the RAWs along with the final photos — we’ve got your back. Pixieset galleries now fully support RAW files. You can upload, share, and proof RAW files, just like any other photo.

Why use RAW files in Pixieset:

• Speed up photo proofing — share unedited RAW images directly from your camera without converting them into JPEGs or requiring clients to install extra tools. Clients can preview, favorite, and leave comments with their editing requests right inside the gallery.
• Simplify collaboration with partners — sharing RAW files through your Pixieset gallery makes collaborating with other creatives easy. Whether it’s a photo editor, a retoucher, or a second photographer from your team — they can easily find everything in one place.
• Deliver RAWs — perfect for clients requiring original files for large prints or commercial purposes. Simply upload the RAWs to your gallery and turn on High Resolution and Original Photo Size for downloads.
• Offer a consistent client experience — instead of sharing various media formats through different platforms, deliver everything from JPEGs to GIFs, PNGs, videos, and RAW files, through your Pixieset gallery. This way your clients get a consistent, elegant and professional experience every time they view or download your work.

RAW photo support is available on all Pro and Ultimate plans for Client Gallery and Suite. You can also trial RAW photo support for free on all other paid plans until April 15, 2025.

Upgraded video player inside the gallery

Video has become an integral part of many photographers’ services, from capturing magical wedding moments to creating heartfelt family films or breathtaking drone footage. To help you present your videos in the best way possible, we’ve introduced a new, enhanced video player in the gallery.

When clients preview their videos in a Pixieset gallery, they’ll enjoy an elegant and immersive experience with a sleek design, 4K quality, playback speed control, and the option to cast their video to a larger screen, through Chromecast or AirPlay.

4K video support is available on all Pro and Ultimate plans for Client Gallery and Suite. Learn more about uploading and delivering videos through Pixieset galleries.

Add more video storage to your plan

As more creatives rely on Pixieset to deliver video content, we’ve made it easier to accommodate your growing needs. Now you can add extra hours of video storage to your subscription plan. Just go to the Billing tab in your dashboard, click "Manage" next to the Video Storage Add-On option, and select the additional storage you need.

Streamline your work with Folders

Folders make it easy to organize and deliver multiple galleries to clients with a single link. They’re especially useful for photographers who manage multiple photoshoots for the same client, or those who photograph multi-day events — such as volume photography, sport competitions, mini sessions, etc. To streamline your workflow, you can now:

• Drag and drop collections directly into a Folder inside your dashboard
• Apply a global password to any Folder and all the collections inside it to protect your clients’ privacy, while also simplifying their experience when viewing the photos.

Workflow tip: When sharing a large number of galleries in one Folder, consider the order in which they are listed. With the sorting feature inside Folders, you can arrange galleries alphabetically by name or by event date, so clients can quickly find what they need.

Star your favorite collections and photos in bulk

Managing your best work has never been easier. With the Star feature you can mark your favorite collections and photos, and instantly access them via the Starred tab. Whether you’re preparing a pitch for a client, posting to social media, or creating a blog post — your best work is always a click away. And to keep your process efficient, you can now select multiple photos or collections and star them in bulk.

Other gallery updates

Here are more updates that can make a big difference in your workflow:

• Save and apply presets within a collection — when working on a collection, you can now save its settings as a new preset or apply an existing preset to it. Inside the collection just click on "More" in the top-right corner of your dashboard to find the options “Apply preset” and “Save as preset”.
• Search by category tags — if you have a large number of collections on Pixieset, categorized by tags, you’ll love this. Now, when you click on the Category Tag filter in your dashboard, you’ll discover a search option integrated into the filter, to help you find tags and collections faster.
