Email Campaigns are built right into Client Gallery, making it easy for the people who already know and love your work to opt in for updates and special offers. Every client you deliver photos to, along with their family and friends who register to view the gallery, download photos or videos, create Favorites lists, buy prints or digital downloads — can join your mailing list. All they have to do is opt in within the gallery.

To turn on client opt-ins inside your galleries, go to Marketing > Settings and start growing your mailing list in Pixieset.

To help you create email campaigns quickly and easily, we’ve put together a library of ready-made templates designed for photographers’ most common marketing needs. You’ll find templates to promote seasonal offers, announce session availability, run print sales, share studio updates, travel plans, and more. You can keep the template’s image, text, and subject line as they are, or easily tweak them to match your brand. For the image, you can even choose to display the client’s collection cover or upload your own custom photo. It’s that easy!

Ready to send your first email campaign?

It’s simple! First you’ll need to turn on opt-ins inside your galleries, so clients and those viewing the gallery can join your mailing list. To do that, go to Marketing > Settings and tick the relevant options on. Then, go to Marketing > Email Campaigns > New Campaign to view all the templates, pick one, and start customizing it.
