Recently, we added the ability to bulk-create galleries in Pixieset, helping photographers manage high-volume photoshoots, like school and sports events, mini sessions, and more. Now, you can also share those galleries in bulk to streamline your entire workflow, from setup to delivery. Each client gets their own gallery link, while you save time on admin.

Send personalized galleries at scale

If you’ve ever had to send out emails for dozens of galleries from an event, you know how important it is to get the details right every time. To avoid manual sending and mix-ups, use Bulk Share. You can send everything in one go, and each person still receives an email with their own gallery. Every message is personalized with the relevant gallery link, photo preview, password, and download PIN.

Save time on delivery

Instead of working through a long list one gallery at a time, you can send hundreds in just a few clicks. All the key details for accessing galleries and downloading photos are automatically included for each client. All you have to do is click “Send.”

For a more efficient workflow, gather your client details and contact information (e.g., names and emails) prior to the photoshoot, add them to a CSV file, and upload it into Pixieset. We’ll create your galleries in bulk, with the correct client information attached to each collection — making delivery even faster.

Export gallery details as a CSV

In many cases, like school portraits, competitions, or recitals, you may not have access to individual contact details of all recipients, and galleries are shared through an organizer. With CSV export, you can download the details for all galleries in one file and pass it along to a coordinator to distribute. The CSV file includes everything from gallery names to access links, passwords, download PINs, and more.

Stay organized as you grow

As your workload grows, staying organized becomes just as important as delivering on time. You can group all the galleries from an event in a single folder: school photos, competitions, dance recitals, or mini sessions, and still deliver each one individually to the right client. For large projects, use List View to get a clear overview of all galleries and their details. You can also apply a global folder password to the entire folder, or password-protect individual galleries within it, to keep your work secure.
