Now you can create multiple galleries at once with your preferred settings and client information already applied, so you can manage everything with ease and deliver a consistent, professional experience to every client.

Create multiple galleries instantly

There are two ways to create galleries in bulk with Pixieset.

If you have a list of clients, classes, or teams you’ll be photographing, download our CSV template and fill it out with all the details, including gallery names. Once you upload it back into Pixieset, we’ll automatically create your galleries and assign each to the right client.

Alternatively, if you’ve already photographed your subjects or events and have all your photos edited, sorted, and ready to go, you can upload your image folders directly from your computer into Pixieset. For each desktop folder we’ll create a gallery, with your preferred preset and watermark — ensuring consistent design, download, and store settings across every gallery.

Note: To get started with Bulk Gallery Creation, first create a Folder in your Client Gallery dashboard. Inside it, click Bulk Create to access the two new features.

Keep your work private with Folder passwords

Keeping your work secure and private is important, and we’ve made it simple even when you’re managing a large number of galleries. Apply a global password to your entire Folder, and all the galleries inside will be instantly protected. Only clients with the password will be able to access and review your work.

Manage large projects with List View

To make managing larger photography projects even easier, switch to List View in your dashboard. This gives you a clear overview of all the galleries inside a Folder. You can copy download PINs, grab direct links, and share them with your clients in seconds.

Start creating galleries in bulk in Pixieset

Ready to try the new features? In your Client Gallery dashboard, click on the dropdown menu under New Collection > New Folder to create a Folder. Inside it, click Bulk Create and choose one of the two options.
