Set up mini sessions for multiple dates simultaneously, duplicate schedules with ease, and create urgency by showing when session spots are nearly sold out. Create multiple mini-session days at once

Planning to offer multiple days of mini sessions? With the Mini Session Creator, setting up a schedule for several days at once is easy. Just assign more dates while creating your schedule. You can go back and edit each date individually, change the number of spots, add more break time, etc. Learn how to set up your mini sessions.

Duplicate an existing schedule

If you have a perfect schedule in place, tested by time and experience, you can easily duplicate it. This is the fastest and easiest way to build out your schedule and extend your mini session availability for new clients. You can duplicate a schedule for one or multiple days.

Let clients know how many sessions are left

Create a sense of urgency by showing available vs. booked spots in your calendar. This motivates clients to act quickly and secure their spot before it's gone. When there’s only one spot left or you're fully booked, a message will show up on your booking site to notify prospective clients. Find this feature inside your Booking Rules tab.
