Client Gallery updates

Bulk gallery creation

Create multiple galleries at once with your preferred settings and client information already applied. Perfect for school portraits, sports events, corporate parties, multi-day events, mini sessions, or any other type of volume work.

There are two ways to create galleries in bulk in Pixieset: fill out our CSV template with the details about the clients, classes, or teams you’ll be photographing and upload it into your dashboard. We’ll automatically create galleries and assign each to the right client. Or, if your photos are already organized, simply upload the image folders from your computer, and we’ll create a gallery for each, with your preferred collection preset applied.

Studio Manager updates

Direct Tap to Pay

Accept in-person payments without an invoice, using the Tap to Pay feature in the Studio Manager mobile app. Just enter the amount, and the client taps their card or phone to pay. You can also generate a QR code for clients to scan and pay with their phone. It's perfect for taking payments for mini sessions on the spot, selling prints at photography fairs, collecting deposits, doing last-minute add-on sales, and more.

Reports

Get a clear overview of your earnings and always stay on top of your finances. Studio Manager now compiles your payment information into easy-to-read graphs and reports. 3 new website templates

Three gorgeous new website designs were added to our template library — Odette, Julia, and Mason. Each template offers a unique, compelling aesthetic to help you showcase your photography work with confidence and impact.

Landing pages

Promote your services, special offers, courses, or products in a focused and strategic way with ready-made landing page templates inside Pixieset Website. When you add a landing page, your site’s colors and fonts are applied automatically, while the header and footer are hidden to keep the focus on your content. Page redirects

Now you can share any block design you’ve created, using a simple link, and making it easy for your friend to add that block to their own Pixieset site. For those who want even more control over how their brand looks and feels, you can now upload your own custom fonts and bring a truly unique style to your website through typography. Pixieset Website supports .woff, .woff2, .ttf, .otf formats, and you can upload up to 20 fonts.
